We used All Service & Remodel LLC to take off old roof shingles and put on new roof shingles. Steven and Mitchell are great to work with! Steven came and explained about the different kind of shingles and about the warranty. Mitchell would also contact us about any questions we might have. They are very professional! Steven and Mitchell did not make us feel like we had to go with their company like other companies do. The price that was quoted was very reasonable for all the work we had done.
We had an old chimney taken off that was no longer used, a old skylight removed and a new one put in, an old DISH Satellite removed, old roof vents removed and new ridge vents put in.
Their crew is friendly, courteous and very respectful of our property. We highly recommend All Service & Remodel LLC!!

I love my new roof! All Service Remodel were timely, professional, cost effective and provided quality craftsmanship. Steve and Mitch came highly recommended to me by my banker after we noticed a roof leak. Steve the owner stopped out right away and made a temporary fix so the water would stop leaking into our home. We knew we were going to need a complete roof replacement and I'm so happy I had All Service Remodel for the project. There was a few extra items like the facia and gutter that needed repair; and they took care of everything. Steve was great to work with and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next project.

We recently had roof damage from a storm. The whole roof needed replaced. All Service came out to our home and quickly helped us with the entire process from insurance to installation. They were prompt and professional. Now my roof looks great and my back has been saved from all of the hard labor I I would have done replacing it myself.

These guys are awesome. Steve came to my house and did a very thorough inspection and estimate. He gave me the full game plan of what he would do and what he's seen some other roofers do. We sat down, went over some options, and he did not leave until he was absolutely sure I had no questions.
Once we got started, Mitch kept constant communications going. There was not a time that I did not know what our progress was. The work was phenomenal and turned out great. They used high quality GAF products.
The few times that I interacted with some of the team members that were actually working on our roof, they were extremely courteous and made sure they were not in our way and showed our safety was important.
My initial estimate from a competitor was a little cheaper, so obviously All Services isn't the absolute cheapest option out there, but the value gained from the process, my comfort with the team, and how the quality of the product turned out was far worth it.

The entire process with our new roof installation was very well organized. I initially inquired based on positive reviews I had read online. Mitchell was very prompt in returning my call and setting up a time for Steve to come out and assess the roof and go over our options. Steve was there the next day. Steve was very friendly, straightforward and easy to communicate with. After my wife and I made a decision I contacted Steve to set up a time to do the roof. This was during their very busy season but they were still able to fit us in within 2 weeks. Once we were able to nail down a date that worked for us and All Service & Remodel, LLC, Steve and Mitchell came out for a final measure and went over the process with us. The roofing crew was there the next morning on a Tuesday and they were finished by Thursday afternoon. Chuck and his crew were very polite and easy to communicate with if we had any questions for them. They kept the mess to an absolute minimum and were very careful to avoid damage to any of our landscaping. Steve and Mitchell checked in with me each day to make sure everything was running smoothly and Steve personally stopped by more than once to evaluate the job the crew was doing. Once the job was complete Mitchell and Steve both came out one last time to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction and theirs. I couldn't have asked for better professionalism or more thorough communication out of a business. The way Mitchell and Steve handle their customer service on such a personal level is a lost art and a breath of fresh air and compared to how most companies conduct their business. All Services is a top notch operation. We will not hesitate to hire them for future construction and remodeling needs.

A year ago, we have a huge issue with our roof. It was poorly constructed. Somehow, it still passed ACE inspections when we bought the house and left us with a roof that was destined to fail. I wouldn't have known this, I am not handy nor am I a roofer.

When we discovered a huge leak in the corner of the mud room after a rain storm the night before. We made multiple phone calls and got multiple quotes. We had no idea where to begin. It was when I made a phone call to All Service and remodel was when things change. There was one thing about Stephen that was different from the other guys. He was thorough and wasn't trying to push me to sign a contract right then and there.

Within a week we had a brand new roof and couldn't have been happier with the way it looked and how durable it is.

Stephen and Mitch was a pleasure to work with. Our roof looks absolutely amazing. We know that there is no way water is getting through that roof, it is solid built. We couldn't have asked for a better business. Stay away from super large roofing companies and stick to small businesses! All Service and Remodel will treat you right!

***FAST FORWARD 1 YEAR***

Michigan has gotten some nasty thunderstorms including the one from last night on 9/12. Our roof held together and guess what, STILL NO LEAKS! We are still so happy with the decision we made last year and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do this job.

All service and remodel were amazing! They were professional and competitively priced. They were prompt and on time for each phase of the process. They completed the roof in one day which required a near full redeck and stripped three layers in some areas. Gutters came out amazing as well! A wonderful experience and would absolutely go back to them for any home remodel needs

Steve(the owner) came to the house to get a scope of work. He was very matter of fact. He was straight forward, and fit me into a tight schedule. He helped us get a low interest rate by setting us up with a group of banks that like homes with energy efficiency. Everyone was very professional, and responses were always very quick. The roof turned out great, and they cleaned everything up when finished. I would recommend them for anything you need done around the house, and we are about to higher them to do some more work!
